YSL Rouge Volupte Lipsticks.

So recently I have seen the YSL Lipsticks floating around YouTube and Instagram so I thought I would share my thoughts and tell you if I think they are worth the price! I did not however purchase these myself, I was lucky enough for my aunt to give me them as she didn't use them. I am extremely grateful to receive these and I am not trying to brag or boast in anyway. Onto the post!

 

Top- shade 1, bottom- shade 7

 

So the first thing anyone would notice is the gorgeous packaging, I am absolutely in love with how they look in my lipstick storage which I bought from Amazon and I love putting them on show! The lipsticks retail at £26 but I am sure you can find them somewhere for a cheaper price.

 

 I currently own two lipsticks, shade 1 and shade 7. They are very similar in colour although shade 1 is much more of a darker nude whereas shade 7 is more of a pink nude.  The lipsticks are super pigmented and need only one coat or layer as the colour is so bold on the lips even though they're both nude colours. The go on super creamy and they are so hydrating. I would really love a coral shade because I don't own many and it would look stunning in the summer time!

 

 

I would really recommend these lipsticks although if you're new to makeup in no way do you have to feel like you need to go out and buy them because loads of other people have them when I am sure there is a drugstore dupe hiding somewhere!
